Sunshine on a plate. Citrus in your glass. Amalfi in the air. CinCin’s signature Lemon Festa returns — brighter, bolder and zestier than ever.

This much-loved seasonal celebration brings Italy’s sun-drenched coast to life through a curated menu of citrus-forward plates and refreshing cocktails. From the creamy Crostini al Limone and artichoke-studded Carciofi, to the indulgent Casarecce con Granchio tossed in lemon butter, every dish is a burst of vibrant flavours.

The desserts are summer in a bite – think Pizza Ciliegia with lemon jam and cherries, or Mascarpone al Limone with crispy phyllo chips.

At the bar, sip on the classic Limoncello Spritz, savour a White Negroni, or cool down with the beloved Italian Slushy. Non-alcoholic options like the Italian Lemonade and Raspberry Limone offer all the zing with none of the buzz.

Supa San is a bold new izakaya located in the heart of BKC. The idea is imagined through the lens of a fictional manga superfan — someone obsessive, curious and deeply immersed in Japanese culture. The name itself, “Supa San,” plays on the phrase “super fan,” capturing the spirit of someone who approaches food and culture with passion and obsession.

The space is playful and layered, filled with unexpected delights and design nods that reflect their quirky, creative mind. Browse through a collection of mangas, anime figurines, discover playful lapel pins and origami surprises from the server that creates a dining environment that’s fun, interactive and far from the solemnity of traditional Japanese establishments. It’s designed to be a flexible space — whether you’re grabbing a quick bite post-work, catching up with friends over cocktails, or settling in for a serious food moment.

The drinks menu leans into three styles — umami-forward cocktails, pop culture- inspired pours and fizzy, playful Chu-Hi highballs. Ingredients like yuzu, wasabi and jasmine make frequent appearances, bringing complexity and surprise to every sip. Drinks like the Kappa Picante reimagine familiar classics with a Japanese twist, while the sake list ensures purists feel at home.
