Enkai offers a tropical, gently spiced sweetness that feels like a playful holiday treat. Vanilla Cacao Kohaku is bright, crisp and delicately aromatic — refreshing yet festive. Konoha delivers a bold, savoury-sweet coffee richness, deep and satisfying on cooler evenings.

And then there’s Hattori, inspired by Japan’s tradition of sake with eggs and spices — their version of a soothing, winter-perfect eggnog. At Supa San, we make ours creamy, gently warming profile that feels nostalgic and celebratory at the same time.

To complete the experience, we’re serving our Japanese Strawberry Cake with pastry cream and strawberry sorbet — soft, airy and elegantly sweet, with the vibrant sorbet adding a refreshing burst of berry brightness.
