CinCin is a home-grown brand that joined the KA Hospitality family in December 2017. We set out to offer simple, flavourful food with a twist along with an endless wine list served by the glass, thereby introducing the Italian spirit to the city of Bombay. We were also amongst the first few stand-alone restaurants to introduce bite sized Cicchetti, Napoli-style wood-fire pizzas and the concept of fresh hand-rolled pasta in Mumbai, which became a trend soon to follow.
Taking inspiration from our travels, we took it as our purpose to make wine fun and approachable. Serving over 40 plus wines all in stemless glasses is one of the few exercises that have helped break the pretentiousness wine is associated with. We introduced a series of initiatives, one being ‘Wine Wednesday’ where we uncork 3 labels of wine for our guests and took them through the nuances of the wine with the help of a wine enthusiast. Our love for wine eventually urged us to create our own house-wine titled the ‘CinCin Rosso’ which we launched for our first-year anniversary in December 2018. We are also currently working towards launching our second house label.
Since our inception, we’ve been constantly innovating to create unique dining experiences for our guests. We curate experiences by celebrating the spirit of Italy through coinciding our calendars in Mumbai with Italy’s and offer our patrons a slice of Italy. These menus celebrate seasonal ingredients, nuances of Italian culture and traditional preparations.
With a selection of classic Italian inspired cocktails; the list includes a series of home-made liqueurs like Italy’s favourite Limoncello and Mirto that pay an ode to Italy. A spacious al'fresco dining area allows our guests to enjoy a meal with a cocktail in every season
